My 3 Favorite Mug Recipes!

I crave a warm, gooey, cake-type thing almost everyday of my life. I've been collecting recipes for mug cakes and there are three that I have tweaked a little and absolutely rock my world every time. There's a brownie, funfetti, and banana bread recipe that I'm going to share with you all!


First up, Mug Brownie

This one is super fudgy I love it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.


Recipe:

Mix together:

  • 1 tbs + 2 tsp of cocoa powder

  • 3 tbs flour (any kind)

  • 2 tbs sugar (or any substitute)

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tbs coconut oil (or any oil substitute)

  • 3 tbs milk of choice

  • splash of vanilla extract

Then put in microwave for 1 minute, sprinkle in choco chippies (chocolate chips) then continue microwaving in 10 second increments until it looks done!


Funfetti!!!!


This one is so gooey and you can mix in anything but I love mixing in sprinkles to make it funfetti!

Recipe:

Mix together:

  • 4 tbs flour

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbs sugar

  • 3 tbs milk

  • 1 tbs oil

  • Generous splash of vanilla

  • Any other mix-ins (sprinkles, choco chippies, nuts)

Microwave for 90 seconds and bam! you got yourself a cake!

Banana Bread *heart eyes*


This is for when I want something that kinda has the consistency of a cinnamon roll and is definitely healthy *wink*


Recipe:

  1. Mash up 1 medium banana

  2. Mix in 1 egg

  3. Mix in 1tbs almond milk, 1 tsp coconut oil, and 3 tbs flour

  4. Sprinkle in cinnamon and chocolate chips

  5. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes

  6. Sprinkle in more choco chippies

  7. Enjoy!!
